Viertel Four is a 50.000 square meeter's Office Campus in Munich which is currently under development. CA Immo needed an emotional 3D film to show current and potential investors about the project and introduce the four Buildings and Campus. The job involved storyboarding and working directly with the 3D agency in order to develop 3D footage, combine them with some visualizations of parts of the buildings which were not yet ready in 3D and mix them together in an captivating music.
