At "Tim Gourmet with Claude Troisgos", the notorious chef shows how to prepare simple and sophisticated dishes to impress friends and family. The videos were three to five minutes length and were focused on the process of cooking. Claude is a celebrity chef in Brazil and owns a funny characteristic french accent. With his charismatic personality, he makes fun of the process and makes easy to build a connection between the viewer and him.
