The office development Grasblau by CA Immo with its holistic future-proof concept. This is the first Tomorrow Proof building in Berlin. The Digitalization to a Smart Commercial Building, the aspects of Sustainability and sustainable building operation as well as the WellBeing of the employees in the building play an essential role. The video was made in 3 steps, firts at two different ceremonies of the Building in April 2021: Richtfest and das letzte Beton and followed by a shooting of the beautiful green surroundings on mittle May 2021.
